To ensure the best possible stay, we invite you to read our Pet Policy.

Dear Guest,
We are pleased to inform you that small pets are welcome at our property and may stay with you during your visit.

To this end, and in compliance with current regulations (Law 281/1991), we invite you to review our “Pet Policy” to ensure a perfect stay for both you and your four-legged friend.

  1. Small pets are welcome at our farmhouse, with a maximum of one per room, with the exception of service animals.
  2. You must notify us of your pet’s presence at the time of booking. To make your pet’s stay more enjoyable, we recommend choosing a ground-floor room with a small garden (Lavanda, Pino, Alloro) when booking.
  3. Upon arrival, you must present your pet’s health certificate (or pet passport if coming from abroad). In the absence of such documentation, the owner must provide a sworn statement confirming that the animal is up-to-date on vaccinations, healthy, free of parasites, and insured against any damage it may cause to property or persons.
  4. Daily cleaning service can only be performed when the pet is not present in the room. To this end, we recommend that you inform the Front Desk in advance of the time you expect to leave the room unoccupied so that the housekeeper’s work can be organized most effectively.
  5. At the end of your stay, a surcharge of €15.00 per day will be charged for a deep cleaning of the room.
  6. You may not leave your pet alone in the room to prevent it from disturbing other guests or causing damage to the room. In any case, you must provide a mobile phone number in case of emergency.
  7. Pets are not allowed to roam freely within the property but must be kept on a leash or in a suitable carrier.
  8. Pets may be brought into common areas and along the route from the room to the entrance, provided they are accompanied, with the exception of the SPA, Pool, and Breakfast Room.
  9. In the event that a four-legged guest soils the common areas, the owner is required to clean up the mess and must also notify the reception staff.
  10. Pets are not allowed on beds, armchairs, chairs, or tables, either in the room or in common areas.
  11. Bed and bath linens may not be used for your pets (grooming, bedding, or other purposes); upon request, disposable bowls and mats will be provided.
  12. We ask for your cooperation in ensuring that your pet does not make excessive noise or behave in an aggressive or disruptive manner.
  13. At the end of the stay, the owner will be held liable for any damage caused by their pet. If you do not have appropriate insurance, we will charge the amount due to the credit card provided as a guarantee.
  14. For matters not specified herein, please refer to the provisions of Article 2052 of the Civil Code: “Damage caused by animals – The owner of an animal, or whoever uses it for the duration of its use, is liable for damage caused by the animal, whether it was under their custody, lost, or escaped, unless they can prove unforeseeable circumstances (Art. 2051)”
