Our reception is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 10:30 AM.

The Municipality of Montepulciano imposes a mandatory visitor’s tax of €2 per person per night, which is not included in the total cost of your stay and must be paid directly at the property. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.

You can choose between a Refundable Rate and a Non-Refundable Rate when making a reservation. For reservations made with the Refundable Rate, you may cancel your reservation up to eight days prior to check-in. From the seventh day onward, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. With the Non-Refundable Rate, however, a 100% advance payment is required, and no cancellations or rescheduling of your stay are permitted. Therefore, in the event of cancellation at any time after booking, late arrival, early departure, or a no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

Our restaurant is open daily for lunch, serving a light lunch from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. On certain special occasions, it is also open for dinner; please ask at the front desk for more information.

Our bar is open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Our guests can use the spacious parking lot on the property free of charge.

Our non-heated outdoor swimming pool is open from May 1 to September 30.

From 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Our spa and heated outdoor hot tub are open year-round.

• October 1–April 30: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Small pets are welcome at our farmhouse with a maximum of one per room, with the exception of service animals. At the end of your stay, a supplement of €15.00 per day will be charged for special room cleaning. You can view our Pet Policy here.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the property, in the spa area, and inside the pool.
